Products and safe use

We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen will show every color exactly.

Our pillow is designed to help passengers rest more comfortably on car trips. When using it in a vehicle:

  • Always wear your seatbelt correctly, directly across your body. Never place the pillow between your body and the seatbelt.
  • Keep your seat in an upright position while the vehicle is moving.
  • Make sure the pillow doesn't block your view, the airbags or the vehicle's controls.
  • The driver must never use the pillow while driving. Drivers may only use it when the vehicle is parked and the engine is off.
  • Do not use the pillow for infants or young children in the car.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit the quantities of any product we sell.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and our 90-day money-back guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Napaway and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Napaway is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, including damages resulting from use that does not follow the safe use instructions above. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
