Shipping policy

Free shipping to the United States

All orders shipped to the United States ship free of charge.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at ecomercedragos@use.startmail.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at ecomercedragos@use.startmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to the United States may, in some cases, be subject to import duties or taxes charged by U.S. authorities. These charges are not included in the product price.
